Today’s Sound Yoga session with the @fortemaustral Today’s Sound Yoga session with the @fortemaustralia community (supporting first responders and their families) had a beautiful furry addition 🐾 Guest dog Jack @hi_jacked2019 ioined us and yes, he found his voice too. During the mantra meditation and chanting, Jack began offering his own sounds. When we soften the body, slow the breath, and allow the voice to emerge gently, the nervous system begins to regulate.
