How many sessions?
The most effective way to clear emotional trauma is through a series of at least four TMRT sessions. While a single session can bring noticeable change, our complex coping mechanisms often bury unprocessed emotions deep in the subconscious. Things to consider
- You don’t need to disclose what it is you want to work on, but you do need to have a clear intention about what you’d like to transform.
- The process involves eye pattern movements (different to EMDR), meta resources, repatterning the negative memory, resolving the negative event usually with 30mins.
