Transform through the power of sound.
Connect with the power of your own unique frequency to help you transform from the inside out in a guided sonic yoga practice.
You are invited to join in transformative guided vocal sounds supported by a sound scape of live meditative music, including harmonium. Together we uplift and open our energy through sound, tone, music, breath and listening awareness. The practice cultivates inner listening, connection with our own innate guidance and the wisdom of the body.
You are encouraged to relax, seated or lying down on a yoga mat, or to change postures during the session. Stretching, yawning and postural adjustments can help open the flow of more energy in the body, and honoring what is right for you is encouraged. No previous experience is necessary.

Research related to the sounds
“Self-created sounds can literally rearrange molecular structure…not only helping with stress levels, sleep, and blood pressure but also increases lymphatic circulation and melatonin production, releases endorphins, creates new neural pathways in the brain, and releases nitric oxide, a neurotransmitter fundamental to health and well-being…sound can act as a triggering mechanism for the manifestation of your conscious intentions. Research has shown humming to be much more than a self-soothing sound: it affects us on a physical level, reducing stress, inducing calmness, and enhancing sleep as well as lowering heart rate and blood pressure and producing powerful neurochemicals such as oxytocin, the “love” hormone.” The Humming Effect
