Well Traveller – Mantra & Sound Healing on 10 Play
I was recently featured on Well Traveller, the beautiful series on 10 Play that follows the wellbeing journeys of everyday Australians. In the “wellness escape” episode, I had the chance to share a little of my work alongside some truly gifted colleagues at Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley.
The episode includes a few moments from an hour-long sound healing and mantra yoga session I facilitated – just a small glimpse into the deeper experience we explored together.
